It starts with you

The Inner Person Shapes the Outer Life.

Meaningful change often begins closer than we think — with us.

Four honest questions

  • Who am I becoming?

Not who I intend to be someday — who I am actually becoming, day by day.

  • How am I showing up for the people who matter most?

The people closest to us often experience the version of us we don't perform.

  • What deserves more of my attention?

Attention is a limited resource. Where it goes, our lives tend to follow.

  • What might I be missing?

Blind spots are, by definition, the things we can't see on our own.

We believe becoming a better leader begins with becoming a better person.

The inner person is where our character, motives and habits live. It is quieter work than strategy or skill, and it is usually the work that determines how the rest goes.

Reflection is how we tend to it. Not endless self-analysis — simply an honest, regular look at who we are becoming and how that is landing on the people around us.
